This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may return rented items and request applicable refunds from Bombear Event Management Sdn Bhd (“the Company”).
All rental items must be returned in their original condition, free from damage, stains, or excessive wear and tear. Items must be returned in the original packaging or containers, if provided, and in a manner that ensures safe transport.
Failure to return items in acceptable condition may result in repair, replacement, or cleaning charges, which will be deducted from any security deposit paid or charged separately to the customer.
All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon return date and time as stated in the rental agreement or order confirmation. Late returns may incur additional charges as determined by the Company.
Refunds, including security deposits, will only be processed upon the successful inspection and verification that all rented items have been returned in satisfactory condition.
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days from the date of return and inspection.
No refunds will be issued for items that are lost, damaged, or returned in unsatisfactory condition.
All shipping, handling, or delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.
The following conditions are strictly non-refundable:
Deposits or advance payments made to secure bookings.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event date.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged while in the customer’s possession.
