A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
Cancellations are not permitted after an order has been confirmed.
Customers are fully responsible for the use and care of rented items.
Any damage, loss, or missing items will be chargeable and deducted from the deposit or billed separately.
All rental items are provided for a fixed period as stated in the invoice or rental agreement. Items must be returned by the agreed return date and time.
Late returns will incur a charge of RM ___ per day.
If you need to extend the rental period, please notify us in advance. Approval is subject to item availability and may be charged at RM ___ per additional day.
Items not returned within ___ days after the due date will be considered lost and subject to full replacement cost.
Rental items must be returned in good, clean, and undamaged condition, using the original packaging where applicable.
Deposits will be refunded within 7 working days after item inspection.
Refunds are not applicable for late cancellations, used/damaged items, or booking deposits.
The Company reserves the right to deduct charges from the deposit for any loss, damage, or late return.
